Motivation Board is designed to work fully offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal information on our servers. All data you create in the app stays only on your device.
We do not collect any personal information.
Motivation Board does not require:
User registration or login
Email address
Phone number
Location
Contacts
Camera or microphone access
Any content you add in the app — such as goals, quotes, affirmations, categories, favorites, settings, and achievements — is created and stored by you locally on your device.
All app data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage (AsyncStorage).
This includes:
Motivational items (goals, quotes, affirmations, reminders, inspiration)
Categories and custom categories
Favorites and pinned items
App settings (such as dark mode and theme preferences)
Statistics and achievements
Daily motivation selections
We do not upload, sync, or back up your data to any cloud server.
Motivation Board is an offline app. Your motivational content is not sent over the internet to us or to third parties.
The app does not include:
Cloud sync
Online accounts
Social media integration
Analytics or tracking services
Advertising networks
We do not share any user data with third parties.
Because all data remains on your device and we do not collect it, there is no data to sell, rent, or disclose to advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Motivation Board does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Since the app does not collect data, it does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the app, please note that all data is stored only on the device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
Your data is protected by your device’s operating system security features. We recommend:
Using a screen lock on your device
Keeping your device software up to date
Not sharing your device with unauthorized users
Because data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all app data unless you have separately backed up your device.
You have full control over your data:
View your content anytime within the app
Edit or delete individual motivations
Delete all data by uninstalling the app from your device
Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no remote account or cloud data for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf.
Motivation Board requests only the permissions necessary for basic app functionality on your device. The app does not access sensitive personal data such as contacts, location, photos, or microphone for its core features.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.
Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
