Why didn't the alarm go off?
Motion only triggers an alarm inside the detection zone you draw before starting (the highlighted rectangle on the camera preview). Movement outside that zone is ignored on purpose. Try widening the zone, or raising Sensitivity in setup if the room is dim or the motion is subtle.
Will the alarm sound even on silent mode?
Yes — the alarm plays over Silent and Do Not Disturb, the same way a phone alarm clock does.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
What does Human Guard mode do?
It only alarms when a real face is detected inside your zone, filtering out things like curtains moving or a pet walking by. Face detection runs entirely on your device — no image or video ever leaves your phone.
