Welcome to MotionPic (the "App"). These Terms of Use and Community Guidelines (together, "Terms") regulate your access to and use of MotionPic and its associated services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the Services immediately.

To use the Services, you must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18 years old). If you are a minor, you may only use the Services with the prior written consent and direct supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.
MotionPic is committed to fostering a safe, creative community powered by AI. We aim to provide a space where users can explore visual creativity through photo transformation, guided by the following principles:
Prioritize user privacy, safety, and mutual respect
Insist on responsible AI use; no creation of harmful, explicit, or non-consensual content
Maintain a positive environment through combined automated and human content moderation
Violations of these principles may lead to account suspension, termination, or other appropriate actions.
The following content and activities are strictly forbidden when using the Services:
Creation, upload, or sharing of adult, sexually explicit, or nude content
Any content involving minors, including depiction, implication, or reference
Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, hate speech, or discrimination
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any user
Content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or any illegal activities
By using MotionPic’s features or uploading content, you authorize us to review such content for compliance with these Terms. Both user-uploaded and AI-generated content may be inspected by automated systems and human moderators. Non-compliant content will be removed promptly; repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account bans or legal reporting.
Note: MotionPic may not be available in all regions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with local laws and regulations. The Services are not designed to meet industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA), and you may not use the App if your use is subject to such laws.
• All intellectual property in the Services (including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks) is owned or licensed by MotionPic.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the App or its content is permitted.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us ("Submissions") shall become our exclusive property, and we may use such Submissions without restriction or obligation to you.
You are fully accountable for all content you upload and all AI-generated content you create using MotionPic. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. We advise you to retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
We may revise these Terms or modify the Services from time to time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting within the App or notification to you. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or modify, distribute, rent, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
2. User Obligations
You agree to:
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement
Not upload, post, or generate any content that violates the prohibited content provisions in Section 4 of MotionPic’s Terms (incorporated herein by reference)
Take responsibility for the security of your Account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers connected to the Platform
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform (including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, and trademarks) are owned by Reverie or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use Reverie’s trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reverie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
