The following terms govern the subscription and billing services for the Platform. By subscribing to paid services or using the free trial, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Trial Period
We may provide a free trial of our paid services. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the price shown on the payment screen (for the selected subscription period) if you do not cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
2. Subscription Renewal
All subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle, which may be weekly, monthly, yearly, or the period you selected when purchasing. The automatic renewal will continue until you actively cancel it.
3. Payment Provisions
The subscription fee will be charged to the payment method you provided during the purchase. By completing the subscription process, you authorize us to deduct the applicable subscription fee from your selected payment method in each billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Rules
Cancelling your subscription will terminate the automatic renewal function, but you will still have access to all subscription features until the end of the current billing period. Important Reminder: Uninstalling the app does not mean cancelling the subscription, and automatic renewal charges will not be stopped.
4.1 Cancellation Methods by Purchase Channel
Apple In-App Purchases: You can cancel the trial or subscription at any time by turning off the automatic renewal function in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. You are solely responsible for managing your Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions. For more details, please refer to the Apple Support page.
External Purchases (Website or External Links): You can cancel the trial or subscription through your account on the app or our official website.
5. Adjustment of Subscription Fees
We reserve the right to adjust the subscription fee within the scope permitted by applicable laws. If there is any change in the subscription fee, we will notify you through in-app messages, emails, or other prominent ways. If you do not accept the adjusted fee, you can cancel your subscription before the new fee takes effect.
6. Refund Policy
Apple In-App Purchases: If you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's relevant regulations and procedures.
External Purchases (Website or External Links): Except as required by mandatory laws and regulations, subscriptions purchased through our external platforms (websites or external links) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

1. Free Trial Provisions
We may provide a free trial of certain paid features. Unless you cancel your trial at least 24 hours prior to its expiration, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription. The subscription will be charged at the price specified on the payment page for the subscription term you selected.
2. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, yearly, or other term selected at purchase). The renewal will continue indefinitely until you take action to cancel the automatic renewal.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees will be deducted from the payment method you provided during the purchase process. By completing the subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method for each billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Process
Cancellation of your subscription will terminate the automatic renewal feature, but you will remain entitled to use all subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. Important Note: Uninstalling the MotionPic app does not constitute cancellation of your subscription and will not stop automatic renewal charges.
4.1 Cancellation Methods by Purchase Channel:
Apple In-App Purchases: To cancel, you must disable auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends. All Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions are managed solely by Apple; additional guidance is available on the Apple Support website.
Web or External Platform Purchases: Cancellation can be initiated through your MotionPic account dashboard within the app or via our official website.
5. Fee Adjustments
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, subject to applicable legal restrictions. In the event of a price change, we will notify you in advance through in-app alerts, email, or other clearly visible notifications. You may cancel your subscription prior to the effective date of the price change if you do not accept the new fee structure.
6. Refund Policy
Apple In-App Purchases: Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple’s refund policies. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple following their established procedures.
Web or External Platform Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through our website or external links are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where required by mandatory applicable law. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
