MOTIONIX — PRIVACY POLICY

Motionix ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and the choices
you have. By using Motionix, you agree to the practices described in this
policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Motionix is designed to run almost entirely on your device. The information
we handle falls into four categories:
• Photos & Projects You Create
When you import a photo to create a wallpaper, the image remains on your
device. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
• Cloud Wallpapers
The Discover catalog is downloaded from our content delivery network
(CDN). Like any internet connection, our CDN provider may temporarily
record your IP address in standard server logs solely to deliver the
content. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
• Purchase Status
When you purchase a premium plan or unlock pack, we receive a
confirmation from Google Play to validate the purchase. We never see or
store your payment card details.
• Anonymous Diagnostics
Crash reports and performance metrics may be collected by Google Play
Services to help us fix bugs and improve stability. These reports do not
include personally identifying information.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the limited information we collect to:
• Provide core wallpaper, motion, and export features.
• Deliver cloud wallpaper content from our CDN.
• Validate premium subscriptions and one-time purchases.
• Show ads through Google AdMob in the free version of the app.
• Diagnose crashes and improve app performance and stability.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. ADVERTISING
The free version of Motionix shows ads via Google AdMob. This includes
interstitial ads (full-screen ads at natural breaks) and optional rewarded
ads that you choose to watch in exchange for temporarily unlocking premium
features.
To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect your device's
Advertising ID (AD_ID) and related device information. Ads may be
personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and
region.

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any
time from your device:
Settings → Privacy → Ads
Users with an active Premium subscription or the Remove Ads purchase
see no ads at all.

4. PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST
• Photos / Media
Required to import wallpapers from your gallery and save exported
creations back to your device.
• Set Wallpaper
Required to apply your finished creations directly as your device
wallpaper.
• Internet & Network State
Required for loading cloud wallpapers, showing ads, and verifying
in-app purchases with Google Play.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID)
Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. You can reset or opt out
of this at any time through your device settings.
• Vibrate
Used to provide subtle haptic feedback during interactions.
Each permission is requested only when necessary. You may revoke any
permission at any time through your device settings, though doing so may
limit certain app features.

5. DATA STORAGE
Your projects, presets, and exported files are stored locally on your
device. Motionix does not maintain user accounts or cloud storage servers
for personal project data.
Uninstalling Motionix may permanently remove locally stored project files
and app data from your device.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Motionix is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13 years old.
If you believe a child has used the app inappropriately, please contact us
and we will assist accordingly.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes
will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Continued use of Motionix after updates means you accept the revised
policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
