1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how Matrix Solution ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the Photo Peaa – AI Video, 3D & Motion App (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/photo-peaa-ai-video-3d-motion/id6499104105

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Apple App Store Review Guidelines. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers on our own servers.

2.2 Media Content You Use

To provide core functionality, the App may access the following from your device — only when you explicitly grant permission:

• Photos & Videos

Accessed from your device's photo library when you choose to animate, edit, or apply 3D/motion effects to them.

• Camera

Accessed only when you actively use the in-app camera feature.

• Files

Accessed to import media you choose from your document storage. All media is processed locally on your device or via secure cloud processing services. No media is stored on our servers after processing is complete.

2.3 Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use the following third-party services to improve app stability and understand general usage patterns:

• Firebase by Google

A/B testing and usage analytics (non-personally identifiable data).

• Crashlytics by Google

Crash reporting and app stability tracking.

No face data, biometric data, or sensitive personal data is collected, stored, or shared through these analytics services.

3. AI GENERATION DATA — PROMPTS & MEDIA ASSETS

This section specifically explains how we handle data you provide when using the AI-powered video generation, 3D creation, and motion features within the App.

3.1 What Data We Collect for AI Generation

When you use our AI video generation features, we collect the specific content data you provide, which includes:

• Text Prompts

Descriptive text you type or input to guide AI-generated content(e.g. scene descriptions, style instructions, motion directions).

• Media Assets

Images, video clips, or audio files you voluntarily upload to be used as input for AI generation or transformation features.

3.2 When & How We Collect This Data

• We only collect and transmit your prompts and media assets after obtaining your explicit in-app permission.

• You will be shown a clear consent notice before any AI generation feature is used for the first time. No data is transmitted until you approve.

• You may decline at any time. Core App features unrelated to AI generation will remain fully accessible.

• All data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections.

3.3 How This Data Is Used

Your text prompts and media assets are used exclusively to transmit to our selected AI models to generate your requested content. This data is not used for any other purpose.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO:

✗ We do not use your prompts or uploaded assets to train AI models.

✗ Our third-party AI providers will not use your personal data, prompts, or uploaded assets to train foundational AI models.

✗ We do not sell, rent, or share your prompts or media assets with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

✗ We do not store your prompts or media assets on our servers after your generation request is fulfilled.

3.4 No AI Training on Your Data

We are committed to the following guarantee:

"Neither Matrix Solution nor any of our third-party AI service providers will use your personal data, text prompts, or uploaded media assets to train, fine-tune, or improve any foundational AI model."

This commitment applies to all AI generation features within the App including video generation, 3D creation, and motion effects.

3.5 Your Control Over AI Generation Data

• You can withdraw consent for AI data processing at any time via Settings > Privacy & Data within the App.

• If you withdraw consent, AI generation features will no longer be available until consent is re-granted.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• App Functionality - To process your photos, videos, and files to provide animation, 3D, and motion editing features.

• AI Content Generation - To transmit your text prompts and media assets to AI models to generate your requested content, exclusively and only with your explicit consent.

• Safety & Compliance - To comply with Apple App Store Guidelines, applicable laws, and our Terms of Service.

• Analytics - To understand app usage, fix crashes, and improve performance via Firebase and Crashlytics.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI Processing Providers To fulfil AI generation requests, your text prompts and media assets are transmitted to our selected AI processing partners. This occurs only with your explicit consent. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train AI models.

• Analytics & Crash Providers Firebase and Crashlytics (Google LLC) receive non-personally identifiable analytics and crash data to help us improve the App.

• Legal Compliance We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

• Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• Aggregated / De-identified Data We may share anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you personally for research or analytical purposes.

6. DATA RETENTION & STORAGE

• Photos / Videos
We do not store your photos or videos. They remain on your device and are retained only by you.

• Text Prompts
We do not store your text prompts. They are deleted after the AI request has been fulfilled.

• Media Assets (AI Processing)
We do not store media assets submitted for AI processing. They are deleted after the request has been fulfilled.

• Generated Content
We do not store generated content. Results are returned directly to your device.

• Analytics Data
Analytics data is processed and retained by Google Firebase in accordance with Google's retention and privacy policies.

• Crash and Device Logs
Crash reports and diagnostic logs are processed and retained by Google Crashlytics. These logs are typically retained for approximately 90 days, subject to Google's policies.

• We do not store your photos, videos, text prompts, or AI-generated content on our servers beyond what is needed to fulfil your request.

• No face data or biometric data is collected, processed, or stored.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access

Request information about what data we hold about you.

• Correction

Request correction of any inaccurate data we hold.

Request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

• Opt-Out of AI Data Processing

Withdraw consent for AI generation data processing at any time via Settings > Privacy & Data in the App.

• Opt-Out of Analytics

Disable analytics data collection via your device's privacy settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking).

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our AI content generation features include safeguards to detect and reject content that violates child safety standards. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our App,

9. SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures,

including:

• Encrypted HTTPS data transmission for all network communications, including AI generation requests.

• Contractual data protection obligations with all third-party AI processing providers.

• Regular security reviews of our systems and processes.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use the App over secure networks when possible.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES SUMMARY

11. APP STORE PRIVACY NUTRITION LABELS

In our App Store Connect privacy declarations, the following data types

are declared:

• Photos or Videos

Used for app functionality and AI generation; not linked to identity.

• User Content (Text Prompts & Media Assets)

Submitted for AI generation with your explicit consent; used solely to fulfil generation requests; not used for AI model training; not linked to personal identity.

• Identifiers

Device identifiers used for analytics (not linked to identity).

• Usage Data

App interactions and crash data collected for analytics and crash reporting purposes.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.

• Providing an in-app notification for significant changes.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of how we protect your information.
