Description:

A whole floor of my residence in Mosta has been converted into a number of bedrooms, full kitchen, toilets and showers, terrace. They are on the first floor. with a separate entrance from a spiral staircase. 

All rooms are individually lockable, so one can enjoy his/ her privacy. Bed linen and towels are provided. Fans are also available.

The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge-freezers, automatic washing machine, microwave oven, gas oven, electric kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc).

There is the lounge area with sofa and 32" lcd television with an internet tv box. Wifi internet is accessible from everywhere.

There is also a private terrace where one can enjoy a smoke, as well as hang out washing to dry, or simply lounging in the sun.

Mosta is near to Mdina, and St Paul’s bay, and is well served with buses. Bus stops are within easy walking distance.

Rooms 2 is of moderate size, and equipped with a standard double-bed and comfortable mattress.

Prices for above rooms are dependent on duration of stay, period in year, number of persons, and vary accordingly.

There is also a deposit of 250€/person. This will be returned to you at the end of your visit.

 Water, gas, electricity and internet is charged at a flat fee of 80€/month/person for moderate use of such services. 

Only clean and responsible persons are welcome. Furthermore, due to security, visitors are not encouraged.
