Provide links to support for all technology that students will be using in your online class. This could include Canvas, Pronto, Zoom, and additional course-specific software. Consider adding specific tutorials for the technical steps that commonly confuse students. You can provide these links inside a student orientation module, or as a standalone module, or Canvas page. Remind students that these resources exist by adding links inside the relevant assignment instructions.Â
