Thank you for visiting my portfolio. My name is Scott Mosby, and though I am a professional educator, I am still a student of learning. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Oklahoma, and I have been teaching at Sallisaw High School since August 2007.
I am currently the Director of Curriculum & Technology for Sallisaw Public Schools. I was previously the Career Tech Education (CTE) teacher in Business Information Technology, and prior to that, taught World History, Geography, Oklahoma History, and American Governments. In addition to the many extra hours preparing content for my students, I have assisted with the Sallisaw Marching Band program as a drill writer, drum tech, and consultant.
If I was to identify my strengths as an educator, they would be: organized, strategic, and determined. All of which are sprinkled with humor and a willingness to help my students and colleagues. I rarely get tired of my career because I love what I do and when you love what you do, you never really work a day in your life.
Thanks again for visiting!
