Morten Grindaker

I am a labor economist that studies the implications of labor reallocation and on-the-job search for topics in public and corporate finance. My research is motivated by search theory and uses micro-level data with methods from applied econometrics to generate causal estimates. I also apply these methods to study macro questions, such as the effect of market tightness on local housing market dynamics.

I am currently a post doc at University of Chicago and researcher at Statistics Noway.

My CV is available here, and my research projects are here.

Main interest:

Labor Economics, Public Economics, and Empirical Corporate Finance
