Why aren't you open for public walk ins like all the other stores ive been to?
That is part of what makes us different! We operate by Private Appointments / Reservations because its a Private, Immersive Shopping experience! You get to Shop relaxed, take your time and have fun all while having a store to yourself with no other customers.
Do the Monsters move?
NO they are Character Props & Will Not Move - Do Not Touch props or characters.
Why can i only bring 3 guests when i book? There is 5 of us :(
We are a small, specialty boutique and 4 people along with all the monsters fit comfortably.. HOWEVER we are ok with extra guests as long as its scheduled in advance because we will need to staff accordingly.
Can i bring my Grandma? She is 84!
Of course! All ages are Welcome!
Can i drop my kids off to shop there?
NO All Children Under the Age of 18, MUST be accompanied by an Adult. HOWEVER we do have a sofa and horror movies on so you can relax and watch your kids.
Can i bring my toddler?
YES Please do! HOWEVER they can not just be "running wild" they need to be with you, or they can sit on the sofa & watch scary movies :) Thanks for your Understanding!
