Pebble is a spotty marking that must be lighter than what it sits over. It consists of clustered spots reminiscent of clinging bubbles or clustered river stones, with a medium halo. Heavy gradient allowed.
This gene is only available through breeding and cannot be used on semi customs.
The geno code for Pebble is written as:
nPb or PbPb
Pebble may cover up to 25% of the body. At minimum it should display two clustered spots. It may have some outlying spots, but the overall marking should be a large cluster, blending into one large solid marking. At minimum, outlying spots can be about the size of the horse's eye, but the primary spotting should be larger - around hoof size or bigger.
There should not be any holes within the marking.
It may range from a subtle, lighter tone of what it sits over, to nearly white.
