These Terms govern your use of Moon VPN (“the Service”), provided by the developer identified on its official app store listing.
By using Moon VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Moon VPN provides VPN connectivity through the features available in the App. You must use the Service in accordance with applicable law and respect the rights of others.
Do not use the Service for fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, unlawful spam, network attacks, or interference with other users.
Connection speed and availability depend on your device, internet connection, network conditions, and server capacity.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, access to every website, or complete anonymity. A VPN does not replace other security measures.
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, their price, billing period, renewal conditions, and cancellation methods will be displayed before purchase.
Payments and refunds are subject to the applicable purchase terms, platform procedures, and law. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Moon VPN. Other websites and services you access have their own terms and privacy policies.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to any separate subscription cancellation steps.
