If you want a premium, single-unit leather cover for a specific 24-26 inch spare tire on a road trip vehicle, choose MOONET 24-26; if you need a heavy-duty, four-pack solution to protect multiple tires on an RV or truck during long-term storage or all-season use, choose Season Guard 4Pack.
• MOONET 24-26: Offers thick, soft PU leather with a non-scratch backing for a sleek look and precise fit on one tire, but it is a single unit rather than a full set.
• Season Guard 4Pack: Delivers rugged, four-layer carbon fiber protection for four tires simultaneously, ideal for complete fleet coverage, though the material feels more industrial than soft leather.
• Best for: The MOONET pick is for the Jeep owner who wants a stylish, snug spare tire shield; the Season Guard pick is for the RVer or truck driver needing to wrap up an entire set of wheels against the elements.
The MOONET 24-26 is engineered specifically for those who prioritize aesthetics and material quality on a single, prominent wheel. This cover is designed to fit tire diameters between 24 and 26 inches, which is a common size for the rear spare tires found on Jeeps, SUVs, and trucks. If you drive a vehicle where the spare tire is a visible part of the design, this cover ensures your wheel doesn't get scratched by a rougher fabric while still looking polished.
For the road trip enthusiast, the convenience factor here is significant. The installation relies on an elastic cord with an auto-lock design that tightens around the tire instantly. You do not need tools, extra straps, or complicated measurements beyond confirming your tire falls within that 24-to-26-inch range. Once installed, the description notes it stays put even at highway speeds, which addresses the primary concern of wind noise and security when you are cruising down the open road. It is a "set it and forget it" solution for the individual carrying a spare.
However, this product is strictly a single-unit purchase. If you are planning a long journey in an RV or a large truck where you might want to protect the dual rear tires or all four main tires from sun damage while parked at a campsite, buying one MOONET cover will leave three other tires exposed. It is also worth noting that the fit is specific; it does not claim to be universal across all sizes, so you must measure your tire diameter carefully before ordering. If your spare is slightly larger than 26 inches, this specific model will not work, forcing you to look elsewhere. It is a precision tool for a specific job, not a catch-all solution.

The Season Guard 4Pack is built for volume and durability, catering to owners of vehicles that spend significant time parked outdoors. This kit includes four covers, making it the logical choice for protecting the full set of tires on a car, truck, SUV, or RV. The inclusion of carbon fiber styling adds a layer of visual appeal that mimics modern automotive trim, giving the vehicle a uniform, high-end look across all wheels.
Protection is the core promise here. The product is marketed as providing full all-season shielding against sun, rust, dirt, rain, and snow. This makes it particularly valuable for the owner who parks their vehicle for extended periods, such as during winter months or long camping trips where the vehicle sits idle. The elastic cord system with an auto-lock design is similar to the MOONET, ensuring a snag-free, windproof fit without the need for additional fasteners. However, the sizing range is notably broader, accommodating tire diameters from 26.75 to 29 inches for this specific pack size, and the brand offers multiple options to fit tires up to 42 inches if you select a different variant.
The trade-off lies in the specificity of the fit and the nature of the material. While the MOONET uses soft leather, the Season Guard emphasizes a heavy-duty, scratch-resistant coating that feels more like a technical fabric. For some, this might lack the premium tactile feel of leather, but it likely offers superior resistance to tearing and abrasion in rugged environments. Furthermore, because it is a 4-pack, it solves the problem of matching covers for multiple wheels, ensuring consistency in appearance and protection level. It is the pragmatic choice for the fleet manager or the family with a large rig who needs to secure every wheel at once.
• Best for a Single Spare Tire → MOONET 24-26, as it is sold as a single unit tailored specifically for the 24-26 inch diameter range.
• Best for Full Vehicle Protection → Season Guard 4Pack, providing four covers to protect all wheels simultaneously on cars, trucks, and RVs.
• Best Material Feel → MOONET 24-26, featuring thick, soft PU leather with a non-scratch backing for a softer touch.
• Best Durability/Scratch Resistance → Season Guard 4Pack, utilizing a 4-layer heavy-duty coating designed for rugged, all-season abuse.
• Best for Highway Stability → Both utilize an auto-lock elastic cord, but MOONET explicitly markets its "drum-tight" fit for highway speeds on a single tire.
• Best Value for Multiple Wheels → Season Guard 4Pack, offering four units for the price of one, ideal for covering dual axles or full sets.
• Best Fit Specificity → MOONET 24-26 requires exact measurement for 24-26 inch tires, whereas Season Guard offers a broader calculation formula and wider size ranges.
• Best for Long-Term Storage → Season Guard 4Pack, with its emphasis on preventing rust and extending service life during long periods of outdoor parking.
In my opinion, if I were preparing a Jeep for a cross-country road trip where the spare tire is a focal point, I would buy the MOONET 24-26. The combination of thick, soft leather and a precise fit for that specific tire size offers a cleaner look and better protection for the rim itself compared to heavier materials. However, for any situation involving an RV, a truck with dual rears, or a vehicle sitting outside for weeks, I would immediately reach for the Season Guard 4Pack. Getting four covers at once eliminates the guesswork of buying separate units and ensures every tire gets the same heavy-duty shield against the elements. The choice ultimately depends on whether you need to protect one specific wheel with style or all your wheels with sheer durability.

This specific 4-pack is listed for sizes 26.75 to 29 inches. Since the brand offers multiple size options for tires ranging up to 42 inches, you should check their size chart to find the correct pack for smaller wheels.
Neither product requires tools. Both feature an elastic cord with an auto-lock design that allows for quick, tool-free installation in seconds.
