Privacy Policy for WordPlay: Picture Puzzles

MoonBucket Studios operates WordPlay: Picture Puzzles, referred to in this
Privacy Policy as “WordPlay,” “the game,” “we,” or “us.”
This Privacy Policy explains what information WordPlay processes, how that
information is used, and the choices available to players.
1. Information collected by WordPlay
WordPlay does not require players to create an account.
WordPlay does not collect or request personal information such as:
• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Physical addresses
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Camera or microphone access
• Advertising identifiers
• Device identifiers
WordPlay does not use advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, tracking,
social-login, or cloud-database services.
2. Game data stored on the device
WordPlay stores the following information locally in the app’s private
storage on the player’s device:
• Completed levels
• Coins or gems
• Unlocked and selected themes
• Music, sound and vibration settings
• Hearts and heart-refill information
• Progress in unfinished puzzles
• Whether the Supporter Theme has been unlocked
This information is used only to save game progress and preferences.
WordPlay does not send this game data to MoonBucket Studios or to an
external server.
If the player has Android device backup enabled, Android may include this
locally stored game data in the player’s normal device backup. This backup
is controlled by the player’s device and Google account settings, not by
WordPlay.
3. In-app purchases
WordPlay may offer an optional one-time “Support the Studio” purchase.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Google may process
purchase and payment information and associate the transaction with the
Google account being used in the Google Play Store.
WordPlay receives purchase-status information needed to confirm the
purchase and unlock the purchased benefits.
WordPlay does not receive or store the player’s payment-card information.
WordPlay does not permanently store purchase receipts, purchase tokens,
order numbers, signatures, or other payment details. The game stores only
a local indication that the purchased benefit has been unlocked.
Google’s handling of purchase information is governed by Google’s own
privacy policies and account settings.
4. Advertising
WordPlay does not contain advertisements and does not use an advertising
SDK.
5. Analytics and tracking
WordPlay does not use analytics services and does not track players across
apps or websites.
WordPlay does not create advertising profiles or use information for
personalised advertising.
6. Sharing of information
MoonBucket Studios does not sell, rent, or trade player information.
WordPlay does not share personal information with advertisers, analytics
companies, data brokers, or social-media platforms.
Google processes information required to complete optional purchases made
through Google Play Billing.
7. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored game progress remains on the player’s device until the
player:
• Clears WordPlay’s app data through Android settings; or
• Uninstalls WordPlay
Purchase records stored by Google are controlled by Google and may remain
available in the player’s Google Play purchase history according to
Google’s own retention policies.
8. Children’s privacy
WordPlay does not knowingly collect personal information from children or
adults.
Because the game does not include accounts, advertising, analytics,
location access, chat, uploads, or user-generated content, players are not
asked to submit personal information while playing.

9. Security
Most WordPlay information is stored locally in the app’s private storage
on the player’s device.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure,
but WordPlay is designed to minimise data collection and does not operate
its own server containing player information.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if WordPlay’s features, third-party
services, or data-handling practices change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed whenever
the policy is updated.
