MooLift ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by MooLabs, provides a workout tracking, routine management, and fitness analytics application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information when you use the MooLift mobile application.

1. Information We Collect and How It Is Stored

A. Account and Login Information (Firebase Authentication)

When you create an account or log in to MooLift, we collect and process your authentication credentials (such as your email address, display name, and a unique User ID) using Google Firebase Authentication. This information is used solely to secure your account, sync your data across devices, and link your subscription status.

B. Fitness and Profile Data (Local Storage & Cloud Firestore)

To provide a fast, offline-first experience with cloud backup, MooLift stores the fitness and personal metrics you enter using both an on-device database (Isar) and secure cloud storage (Google Cloud Firestore) linked to your login account:

• Workout & Routine Data: Custom routines, exercise logs, sets, reps, weights lifted, and performance history.

• Body Metrics & Targets: Optional profile entries such as body weight, measurements, and nutrition or fitness targets.

Your data is synced between your device and Cloud Firestore solely to back up your progress and restore your data when you log in. We never sell your personal or fitness data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

C. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

MooLift offers optional Pro features managed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat:

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly by Google Play. MooLift never receives, views, or stores your credit card number, bank account details, or billing address.

• Subscription Management (RevenueCat): We use RevenueCat to verify purchase receipts and manage your Pro entitlement status. RevenueCat processes your App User ID, purchase transaction identifiers, and basic device/app version metadata required to validate your subscription.

D. Diagnostics and Device Information

Standard operating system, Firebase, and Google Play Services logs (such as device model, OS version, and crash diagnostics) may be collected automatically to maintain app stability, security, and bug fixes.

2. Third-Party Services

MooLift integrates the following trusted third-party service providers to operate the app, authenticate users, store cloud data, and process subscriptions. You can review their privacy policies here:

3. Data Retention, Account Deletion, and Data Removal

You have full control over both your local and cloud-stored data:

• Deleting Local Data: You can delete local workout logs directly inside the app, by clearing the app's storage in your Android settings, or by uninstalling MooLift.

• Deleting Your Account and Cloud Data (Firestore): You may request the permanent deletion of your MooLift account and all associated workout, profile, and login records stored in Cloud Firestore at any time. To delete your account and cloud data, use the account deletion option inside the app settings (if available) or email us directly at moolift2@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will permanently erase your account and Firestore records within 30 days (except for anonymized transaction records we are legally required to retain).

4. Data Security

We protect your information by storing local data securely on your device and transmitting all cloud-synced data (via Firebase/Firestore) and subscription checks (via RevenueCat) over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

5. Children's Privacy

MooLift is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it immediately.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we update MooLift. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
