Mooielight review:Don't waste your money and time on mooielight

I have to say that this is the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered, so much so that I want to write and tell others not to waste your money and time on mooielight.

I saw their vertigo pendant lamp on pinterest. The very low price and the same pictures as the original version made me feel excited. Even though I knew it was a replica, I still felt so excited for a limited budget.

I took a look at their trustpilot evaluation, 3.6 does not seem so bad, but 5 out of 22 people actually have the lowest score. Although I still feel very uneasy, the low price still impressed me.

I purchased a vertigo lamp on their website, but did not expect this to be the beginning of a nightmare.

At the beginning, they promised to ship it within 2 weeks, and I paid extra freight for this, hoping to receive my light in advance. However, after 2 weeks, nothing was received. The reply I received one by one email was that the shipping was delayed due to the impact of COVID-19, so why did I pay so much shipping? ? ? I asked them for a refund, but the answer was that the goods cannot be refunded in transit. Really irritating

In the end I received my lamp after 5 weeks, and I paid 100 Euros for it. The long wait has made my anger disappear. When I opened the package, my anger sprang up, and a pile of rubbish appeared in front of me. A bunch of cheap materials make up a lamp that looks similar to the original, but the quality is bizarre. I have seen the original lamp. The lamp sold by mooielight can't be called a copy at all, but a pile of rubbish that looks similar to the original. When I asked for a refund, they also asked me to return it to China, well, well, and China. For this, I had to pay 125 euros for shipping to receive the refund. It took me about 145 euros to buy this lamp.

Later, I thought about trustpilot’s praise should be mooielight’s own comments. When I read their facebook page, I found that there were so many victims. Perhaps as Ca Mille Allen Lef said, this website is a scam, as many other China website.
