1. Information Collection and Use
To provide the best mood tracking experience and intelligent emotional support features, Mood Tracker processes your data in two ways: Local Storage and Anonymous API Transmission.
a. Locally Stored Data (Local Storage)
Most of your sensitive information is stored directly and securely on your own device using local storage (AsyncStorage). We do not upload this data to our own servers. This data includes:
Mood Entries: Your daily mood logs, accompanied by your text notes.
Calendar Events: Titles, descriptions, dates, and times of events or appointments you set up in the Calendar tab.
User Credits & Diamonds: The status of your owned diamonds and free message counts used to activate chat features.
b. Emotional Support Chat Feature (AI Chat)
Our application integrates an AI chat feature designed to listen and provide helpful advice to relieve stress.
Third-Party Service: This feature is powered by the Rork AI software development kit (website: https://rork.com).
Data Transmitted: When you send a message in the chat room, the content of your message along with your recent mood history context (excluding your name or any directly identifying information) is sent to the Rork AI system to process the response.
Important Note: We strongly recommend that you do not input sensitive personal identifiers (such as your real name, phone number, passwords, bank account details, or home address) into free-form text conversations with the AI.
c. In-App Purchases (IAP)
The application offers the ability to purchase "Diamonds" to access advanced features.
All payment transactions are processed directly and securely through the payment system of the Google Play Store (for Android OS) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
We do not collect, process, or store any of your financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers.
2. Third-Party Services
To keep the application running smoothly, we utilize third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own policies:

3. Children's Privacy
The Mood Tracker application does not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 has provided personal information to us (for example, through text conversations with the AI), please contact us immediately so we can take steps to remove that information from cache systems or third-party servers.
4. Data Security
We highly value your trust in entrusting your mood data to our application. Therefore, we strive to use the best security practices. However, since the primary data is stored locally on your device, data security also depends heavily on the security of your personal mobile device (such as setting up lock screen passwords and not rooting/jailbreaking your device).
5. User Rights Over Data
You have full control over your data:
Delete Data: You can delete any mood logs or calendar events directly within the application. You can also completely clear the app's data by going to your mobile device's settings and selecting Clear Data (Xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng) or by uninstalling the application.
Stop Service: You can stop using the AI Chat feature at any time.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with technology updates or legal regulations. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
