By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MoodTalks mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MoodTalks.
By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.
MoodTalks provides an AI-powered chat companion experience.
• All characters and conversations are generated by artificial intelligence
• The AI characters are fictional and not real people
• Conversations are for entertainment and general companionship only
MoodTalks does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
You agree that you will not use the App to:
• Create, share, or request content that is illegal or violates any law
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
• Promote hate, violence, or discrimination
• Misuse or attempt to exploit the App or its systems
The App may include optional mature conversation settings intended only for adults. All use must remain within legal limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Some features of MoodTalks require a paid subscription.
• On iOS, payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases
• On Android, payments are processed through Google Play Billing
We do not handle or store payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
The App, including its design, features, content, and software, is owned by MoodTalks and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App without permission.
User chat content remains under your control but may be processed by AI systems to provide the service.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
• The App will always be available or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate or suitable for every situation
• The service will meet all expectations
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodTalks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, usage, or profits, resulting from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted within the App or on this page.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
