Monster Adventure is a casual game where you explore the world and capture various monsters. As you explore different areas, you'll come across a wide variety of monsters with unique characteristics and abilities. Your task is to capture these monsters, adding them to your collection. Each monster may have its own strengths, weaknesses, and special abilities that can be used strategically.The game provides a diverse and expansive world to explore, filled with challenging quests, hidden treasures, and powerful monsters to encounter. You'll need to navigate through different environments, such as forests, caves, mountains, and more, in your quest to capture them all.

Robin is awoken by Pepe the King Prawn, Beaker and Dr. Bunsen Honeydew in some sort of underground laboratory. Dr. Bunsen Honeydew explains that the laboratory belonged to his late uncle and that after Robin fainted, the group of Muppets was ambushed and many of them transformed into monsters by the castle's 'evil energy'. In addition, the castle's energy has begun to permeate the nearby village causing it to become twisted and evil. Robin asks what can be done, and Honeydew presents him with a special 'Power Glove' that takes evil from monsters and stores it in a backpack. Informing him that the glove will only work with "the amphibian anatomy," he sends Robin on his way to collect evil energy from the village and try to save the Muppets from being monsters forever.

Robin is able to advance to the forests around the village called "Neverleave Forest." After avoiding falling prey to transmogrified hunters and evil pumpkin farmers, Robin must fight his own Uncle Kermit to save him from an eternity as "Ker-Monster" (a spoof of Frankenstein's monster).

He is awoken once again by Dr. Bunsen Honeydew. This time however, all the other Muppets are with him and seemingly unchanged. He is also lying in the hallway of the Castle itself, where the butler Chives (the figure who opened the door) has led the group of Muppets. Robin exclaims that he has had the most amazing dream and describes his adventure to all those present, who assure him it was indeed a dream. However, as he and the group ascend the stairs and pass a painting of the late Baron von Honeydew, the painting appears to move and say 'shush' to Robin as the Power Glove suddenly appears on Robin's hand again, indicating his adventure may well have been something more than a dream after all.[2]

The game draws heavy inspiration from 3D platformers like Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and Super Mario 64.[3] The gameplay consists of Robin using several context-specific transformations inspired by the monster transformations the Muppets themselves undergo.[4] Robin can use the transformations once he has collected all four pieces of an amulet bearing the relevant Muppet's face. Noseferatu's amulet grants Robin the power to glide, the Wocka Wocka Werebear's enables him to climb, the Muck Monster's allows him to dive underwater, Ker-monster's permits him to push and pull large blocks, and the amulet bearing the Ghoul-friend of Ker-monster gives him the ability to perform door-smashing karate chops.

After seeing a friend of mine posting a trip last fall on Facebook of a trip she won as a Lund pro staffer to fish for white sturgeon, we decided to try to go after these river monsters ourselves. Whites have always been on our bucket list along with a few other insane species. We sold our family bar business, (one I've been married to for 10 years and made consecutive days off impossible) and closed on it in March when we booked a trip to British Columbia to fish. After talking with her and researching the guide, we booked with Yves Bisson to fish September 18th, about a month ago. Yves is the best in the business, I can't recommend him enough, not only did he put us on monsters, he was very willing and helpful and definetly went the extra mile with us making the video for our YouTube channel "Things Chris Does". We decided to drive out instead of flying so we could film the expedition (I'd never do that again 3,000 miles round trip 52 hours in a truck, a trip to the chiropractor, etc lmao) so anyone else thinking of fishing these giants would know exactly what to expect. Here's some of the highlights, to watch the whole epic adventure go to the channel and you can see everything!

We weren't there for more then 10 minutes and since my oldest son Chris won the coin toss between him and his brother he was first up for the first fish! I wanted to make sure they both got one before my turn, as a successful trip for me would've been them both landing a monster lifer, if I got one too, that would just be a bonus! The first white sturgeon any of us had ever seen is on the line!

At this point I was 100% happy with our trip! Both my boys had gotten a monster, we got it all on film, what were the odds of another one? Shortly after we found out, I hooked another monster after seeing it jump and Yves estimating it to be another 8-9 foot long fish, 25 minutes of fighting it, she was able to hook up in the bottom and snap the line! Perhaps another fish? Yep you guessed it, unreal!

That was our trip! We left the boat and drove back to Spokane, Washington and the next morning all the way back to Ottertail again. If you're thinking of fishing these, just do it! You won't regret it, as far as cost, this was one of the least expensive trips I've ever been on but easily one of the most memorable!

The music in this game is great and even has a new song sung by Robin and some very hungry monsters! It also includes a re-mix of The Muppet Show theme. From collecting the many Muppet pickups like coins to opening up the Muppet Monster Gallery there is plenty to achieve in this game. The gallery is full of production art from the game, video clips, Muppet Movie screen shots, out takes, and real fan art of Muppet monsters from the Muppets to Sesame Street and even one from Fraggle Rock.

There are also many mini-games and puzzles all throughout the game. One of the best features of this game is that Robin can obtain the power to morph into five different monsters with different abilities like Fozzie Bear's Wocka Wocka Werebear tree climbing ability to Gonzo's Nosefreatu bat-like gliding ability and Miss Piggy karate chop! You can even swim and push and pull objects. The six worlds of adventure are very large and colorful full of spooky Muppet-like enemies including Skeletons, Werewolfs, Pirates, Knights and Witches, all in which are all out to get Robin.

I give this game a 5 out of 5 because it's a great Muppet filled adventure! The only thing that I think is wrong with the game is that it should have had a few more characters, but other than that I suggest that you grab your flashlights and beware, because the Muppets are not their useable loveable selves in this game!

The episode begins where Part 1 left off, with BMO charging Jake's phone. Jake is wearing a green towel and a blue shower cap (presumably having just had the shower referred to at the end of the previous episode). The phone has finally charged, and Finn and Jake proceed to watch videos of their time in the Nightosphere. There are three videos on the phone. The first one shows Finn and Jake fooling around with the camera before entering the Nightosphere to hang out with Marceline, at her offer to come with her. The second shows a scene in which Marceline's dad flies in abruptly to tell Marceline that he wishes for her to take over the family business and rule the Nightosphere. He casually takes off and gives her a purple amulet that he says can grant wishes. Marceline refuses to take over her dad's job, and plays a short song after he leaves - Marceline plays the banjo and sings, and Finn plays a tambourine. Though she claims that she has her own plans for life, she tries on the amulet and accidentally turns herself into an evil monster like her dad. The video blacks out as a third video comes on, showing how Finn and Jake got thrown in their jail cell by the Nightosphere Jailer, who spews bananas profusely from each of his ears in a way that suggests that bananas are the equivalent of feces or vomit to demons. Jake and Finn make grossed-out faces at each other, and Jake drops the banana he has been carrying.

Muppet Monster Adventure is a platformer that bears more than a passing resemblance to Spyro the Dragon. Kermit and company are turned into monsters and it's all up to his nephew, Robin, to save them all. The game's premise notably takes heavy inspiration from a script for an unrealized Muppets halloween movie known as The Muppets Haunted House, so that's pretty neat.

Notably, most bosses have a clip of them offering their unique "monster power" to you, suggesting that this was the original-method of acquiring them, instead of collecting the amulet-pieces. Evidence for this also remains within the final retail game itself, in the level "Escape Claws". During the block-moving puzzle (with the three pumpkin-blocks, and three cat-blocks), Pep comments:"Haven't you outgrown playing with blocks? Well, if you insist, then you'll be able to do it when you rescue Kermin, okay."

Chaos reigns when Dr. Honeydew and friends attend the reading of his estranged uncle's will. During a visit to the recently deceased's decrepit manor, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzy, and other old-time favorites are captured and turned into fiendish monstrosities. A mind-boggling amount of evil energy has also been unleashed on the denizens of the surrounding countryside. Circumstances then provide you with plenty of level-enhancing diversions while playing as prepubescent frog Robin, this polished action-adventure's Prince Charming. 17dc91bb1f
