Monkey swinger Terms of Service

Welcome to Monkey swinger (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our virtual reality game  Monkey swinger   (“the Game”) on Meta Quest or other VR platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules provided within the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and  Monkey swinger

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

You agree to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

3. Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Game.
   
   

4. Distribute or operate unauthorized copies of the Game, including APK files or unofficial versions.
   
   

5. Use, distribute, or participate in any form of modding, hacking, or unauthorized modification of the Game.
   
   

6. Use the Game for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Keep it safe and appropriate for younger audiences
   
   

Prohibition of Unauthorized Versions and Modifications:
The distribution, use, or creation of any unofficial, modified, or tampered versions of the Game, including but not limited to mods, hacks, and APKs, is strictly prohibited. Accessing, sharing, or uploading such versions constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, removal of content, legal action, or reporting to the relevant platform provider.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

Your use of the Game is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal and non-personal data as described therein.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law,  Monkey swinger  is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

9. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Game at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or unauthorized distribution or modification of the Game.

Unauthorized versions, mods, or other alterations may be subject to removal and reporting to platform providers. Legal action may be pursued if necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
