MoniMart is a peer-to-peer technology platform that enables users to independently manage structured private repayment arrangements in a secure and transparent way. MoniMart does not issue funds, provide credit, act as a lender, or facilitate regulated loan origination. The Platform supports repayment schedule management, payment activity tracking, automated payment authorization, and transaction processing through licensed third-party payment providers.
By accessing or using MoniMart, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of information when you use MoniMart:
1.0 Advertising Identifier (Ad ID) Usage
MoniMart may access your Android Advertising Identifier (Ad ID) through certain third-party SDKs integrated into the app, including analytics and measurement services.
Purpose: The Ad ID is used solely for app analytics, performance measurement, and personalized advertising through third-party SDKs. MoniMart itself does not target ads directly or collect personal data linked to your Ad ID.
Privacy: The Ad ID is treated as anonymous. It does not reveal your name, email, or financial information.
Opt-out: You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings. To do this on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Third-party SDKs: Any SDKs used may collect or process the Ad ID independently. We do not share your personal information from MoniMart with these SDKs beyond what is required for analytics or ad measurement.
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
When you create an account or use the Platform, we may collect:

- Date of birth (where required for account verification or compliance)
- Government-issued identification details (only where required for verification, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or payment provider requirements)

1.2 Financial and Transaction Information
To support repayment arrangement management and payment workflows, we may collect:
- Arrangement details created by users
- Repayment schedule information
- Payment due dates and payment status

- Mandate or authorization metadata provided through payment processors
- Settlement or transfer status information
- Limited account-related payment metadata received from licensed payment partners
MoniMart does not directly store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment service providers such as Paystack, subject to their own privacy and security standards.

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

- App version
- Unique device identifiers

When you make or authorize a payment through the Platform:

- Payment processors may perform identity checks, fraud screening, authorization handling, and transaction settlement

MoniMart does not directly store your full debit card number, CVV, or other highly sensitive payment credentials entered into secure third-party payment forms.

Because MoniMart is a peer-to-peer coordination platform, information related to a private repayment arrangement may be visible to the parties involved in that arrangement, including:
