I myself created and implemented the post-IPL CSR Survey as part of Kings XI Punjab's IPL 2015 season campaign.
Survey was done as a CSR activity for a KXIP brand sponsor, The Tribune.
I was also part of the Fan Feedback Survey Team to better understand KXIP followers on social media, which was done by another KXIP partner — La Trobe University.
While I am still amateur to surveys, going forward I would be interested in doing more thorough analysis to understand what actually drives people to follow a brand on social media and elsewhere for that matter. : )
