Competitor analysis for KXIP vs. the rest of the IPL teams in terms of social media footprint and digital branding
Submitted a PowerPoint slide deck highlighting what the different teams were doing on social, and where they stand in terms of building a consistent brand using social networking sites
Competitor analysis was done based on manager's requirement; and the scope was limited to 'KXIP vs. Others on social media'.
The slide deck contains sensitive insights about brands, so nothing visual here.
I never heard back from anyone about the report + the suggestions made; so, I am unable to say whether something was even done in reality based on my report.
Even though the scope of competitor analysis was limited, I found it as a good learning exercise. And going forward, would be interested in doing more deeper analysis of brands and its relative competition; on and beyond the scope of social media sphere. : )
