1. Introduction Welcome to MoneyUp ("App"), a mobile application developed by Nodland Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using MoneyUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service MoneyUp is a personal finance and bookkeeping application designed to help users track expenses, manage budgets, and visualize financial data. The App is provided for informational and personal organization purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments MoneyUp offers both free and paid features. Paid features may be accessed via a one-time purchase ("Lifetime") or a recurring subscription ("Premium Subscription").

• Payment: Payments will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).

• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Google Play in accordance with their Refund Policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. User Data and Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Cloud Storage: MoneyUp uses Google Firebase to store and sync your data. While we take reasonable measures to secure your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized third-party access.

• Data Loss: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data. We are not liable for any loss of financial data or history recorded in the App.

5. Third-Party Services and Ads The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of such ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites or services linked to or displayed in these advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including source code, logos, UI design, and features) are and will remain the exclusive property of Nodland Studio.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• Not Financial Advice: MoneyUp is a tool for tracking records. It does not provide professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You should verify any financial data before relying on it for critical decisions.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodland Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including financial records), use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
