Money Harbor PH is operated by COURIER SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Money Harbor PH handles information when you use the application.
## Information We Handle
Money Harbor PH may handle the following information to provide account access and app functionality:
- Mobile phone number, used for one-time-password login and account functionality.
- User ID and session token returned by our account service after successful login.
- Device identifiers, including Android ID, Google Advertising ID, and Adjust ADID, used for attribution, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
- Loan calculator values and saved calculation plans. Saved plans are stored locally on your device unless a future version explicitly provides a sync feature.
- An optional profile photo. A profile photo is only processed when you choose to take or select one.
## Profile Photos, Camera, and Photo Picker
The app provides an optional profile-photo feature. When you tap the avatar, you may choose to take a photo using your device's system camera app or select one image through Android's system Photo Picker.
Money Harbor PH does not request the Android CAMERA permission, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permission, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission, or access to your full media library. The Android Photo Picker gives the app access only to the single image you choose. A selected or captured profile photo is saved only in the app's private on-device storage and is not uploaded to our server, Adjust, or any third party.
## How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate users and provide requested app features.
- Calculate and save repayment estimates.
- Maintain app security and prevent abuse.
- Measure attribution and app performance through Adjust.
- Respond to support or account requests.
## Sharing
We share login and device identifier data with our app backend to provide authentication and app functionality. We may share advertising and attribution identifiers with Adjust for analytics and attribution. We do not sell personal information.
## Data Retention and Security
Local profile photos and saved plans remain on your device until you delete them by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Account and technical data are retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal and security requirements. We use HTTPS for network communication.
## Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You may choose not to add a profile photo. To request deletion of account-related data held by our backend, contact us at as7m8akhan@outlook.com with the subject line "Money Harbor PH Data Deletion" and include the mobile number associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before deleting data.
## Children
Money Harbor PH is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at https://sites.google.com/view/money-harbor-privacy.
