Thank you for using "MoneyCat Calculator" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We highly value your privacy. This unified document explains how we handle your data across our local tools and online communication features.
1. Local Tools (Calculator & Notes) For our core calculator, historical accounts, and basic notepad features, the App operates purely locally. These data are stored strictly on your personal device. We do not collect, transmit, or back up your sensitive calculation records to any external servers. The App only accesses the internet to retrieve public exchange rate APIs (e.g., open.er-api.com) and does not attach any personal usage habits during this process. The Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature utilizes your device's native engine and does not record your voice.
2. Private Communication & Digital Pet Features Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the online communication and Digital Pet features. Data Privacy & TTL Mechanism: When you use the communication features, your messages and media are processed via cloud servers but are subject to a strict Time-To-Live (TTL) deletion mechanism (e.g., messages deleted after 1 hour, media after 1-3 days). We do not retain permanent backups of your deleted communications. You are responsible for manually saving important information to your local device.
3. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content You are solely responsible for the content you transmit. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, and the distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Reporting and Moderation If you encounter abusive or illegal behavior, you must use the in-app "Report" function. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that receive multiple reports or violate these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law We provide the service "as is." These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan.

1. 單機工具功能（計算機與記事本） 針對核心計算機、歷史帳目與基礎記事本功能，本應用程式採單機模式運作。您輸入的計算紀錄均僅儲存於您的行動裝置本機端，我們「不會」收集或備份您的敏感計算紀錄至外部伺服器。本程式僅在「取得最新國際匯率」時連線至公開 API，且不會傳送您的個人身分或使用習慣。內建之語音報數 (TTS) 功能僅調用設備內建引擎，絕不錄製您的聲音。
2. 私密通訊與電子雞功能 年齡限制： 您必須年滿 18 歲方可使用本程式之線上通訊與電子雞功能。 資料隱私與閱後即焚 (TTL) 機制： 當您使用通訊功能時，訊息與媒體檔案將透過雲端伺服器傳輸，但嚴格受自動刪除機制（TTL）控管（例如：對話於 1 小時後刪除，媒體於 1 至 3 天後刪除）。我們不會保留或備份您已刪除的通訊內容。 您有責任自行將重要資訊手動儲存至您的本地裝置。
3. 對非法內容之零容忍政策 用戶須對其傳輸之內容負完全責任。我們對任何非法活動（包含但不限於詐欺、騷擾、散布兒童性虐待材料 CSAM 等）採取零容忍政策。違者將立即被永久停權，我們並將依法向相關主管機關通報。
4. 檢舉與內容審核 若您遭遇濫用或非法行為，請務必使用 App 內建之「檢舉」功能。我們保留對遭受多次檢舉或違反本條款之帳號進行停權之權利。
5. 免責聲明與準據法 本服務按「現況」提供。本條款受台灣法律管轄並依其解釋。如有任何爭議，應以台灣法院為專屬管轄法院。
