Money Autopilot Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Money Autopilot is a manual finance planning app. It helps users enter income, account balances, bills, debts, and savings goals so the app can calculate suggested allocations, low-funds warnings, debt minimums, and a safe daily spending allowance.

Developer and Privacy Contact

Money Autopilot is the app covered by this Privacy Policy. For privacy questions, account deletion, or data deletion requests, contact the app publisher using the support contact listed for Money Autopilot on Google Play.

Data Users May Enter

Users may enter profile details, account names and balances, income sources, recurring bills, bill due dates, bill payment website links, debts, APRs, minimum payments, savings goals, alert settings, tutorial progress, and app preferences.

If account creation or sign-in is used, Money Autopilot processes the user’s email address for authentication and account sync. Password authentication is handled by Supabase. Money Autopilot does not store plain-text passwords.

How Data Is Used

Money Autopilot uses entered data to calculate safe-to-spend guidance, bills due soon, required savings allocations, debt payoff guidance, low-funds warnings, tutorial progress, and user-controlled reminders.

Money Autopilot is recommendation-only. It does not move money, pay bills automatically, make transfers, provide loans, provide banking services, provide investment services, repair credit, or request bank credentials.

Storage and Service Providers

By default, finance entries are stored on the user’s device. If a user creates an account or signs in, entries may sync to Supabase for authentication, database storage, backup, and cross-device access. Supabase acts as a service provider for these app functions.

Sharing and Advertising

Money Autopilot does not sell personal or financial data. Money Autopilot does not share user financial data with advertisers and does not use advertising ID for ad targeting. Data may be processed by Supabase only to provide authentication and cloud sync, or disclosed if required by law.

Security

Supabase-backed records are protected by row-level security policies so users can access only their own records. Network communication with Supabase uses HTTPS. Users should not enter bank passwords, card numbers, or external financial account login credentials into Money Autopilot.

Retention and Deletion

Local entries remain on the user’s device until the user clears them or removes the app. Cloud-synced entries remain in Supabase until the user deletes synced finance data in the app, changes the data, or requests deletion through the support contact listed on Google Play.

Children

Money Autopilot is not designed for children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, service providers, or data practices change. The updated date above shows when the policy was last revised.
