Bass

Bass describes tones of low (also called "deep") frequency.
The bass guitar (also called electric bass, or simply bass) is a stringed instrument played primarily with the fingers or thumb, by plucking, slapping, popping, strumming, tapping, thumping, or picking with a plectrum, often known as a pick.
The sound is projected either acoustically, using a hollow wooden or plastic and wood box (for an acoustic bass), or through electrical amplifier and a speaker (for an electric bass).
The four-string bass, has become widely popular, with various sizes and string amounts created custom for players needs.
