Customization is available for all the above services based on seller's requirements.   

Note: Note: For all types of legal services, if any discrepancies are found in the seller’s documents or if any queries are raised by the concerned department, it will be the seller’s responsibility to provide the necessary clarifications. In such cases, the service fees paid will be non-refundable.

Momskart’s legal team will offer complete support in resolving any issues the department raises. However, the seller must personally visit the department with their original documents if required. All types of legal services, where documents of the seller are found incorrect, or any query raised by the department has to be answered by the seller & the fees will be non-refundable. Momskart's legal team will provide full support in case of any blockers from the department side, but the seller has to visit the department if called with his orignal documents.
