This Privacy Policy applies to the Momentum – Habits & Rewards mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) developed by Valerius Semrau (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and offered as a Freemium service.
The Application is provided “AS IS”.

The Application does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact details.

To provide core functionality and premium features, the Application may process limited, non-personal information, including:

Subscription management and validation are handled using RevenueCat, a third-party service that manages subscription status. RevenueCat may process anonymized purchase and device information for this purpose.

The Application uses the following third-party services to provide and support its functionality:

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through your Apple ID settings in the App Store.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.

In accordance with applicable laws, users must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of information in their country, unless parental or guardian consent is provided.

Security

The Service Provider values user privacy and is committed to protecting it.
Any data related to purchases, subscriptions, or app stability is handled securely by trusted third-party providers such as Apple, RevenueCat, and Expo, in accordance with industry standards.

Any changes will be reflected on this page by updating the Privacy Policy text and effective date.

Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
