I could not agree more with this!! I miss EVERY chat! I have been asking for this for years. Capture visitors live is essential for any online business. It just blows my mind that Hubspot is ignoring this request!

This is a wonderful idea and I truly hope this feature gets implemented soon! This is an issue that our Customer Service Representatives face quite frequently and occasionally impacts SLAs (as they are always multi-tasking). An added ringtone when a customer replies with a chat or email would be a huge improvement.

Agree. We are having to abandon HubSpot's live chat and return to Tawk.to due to the subtle nature of HubSpot's notification style for new chats. Too many missed chats, which reflects poorly on us and that's not acceptable.

Edit: I'm reading others' comments that the tone is harsh. So let me clarify - the issue is that the tone is the same as all other notifications, and our customer service people now get pulled away from whatever other tasks they're working on (including live calls with clients) to see if it's a new chat or a miscellaneous other kind of HubSpot notification.

I have created a few songs in gb and wanted to export one as a ringtone. When I select the song and use Select>Export>Ringtone, i get a pop-up saying Song cannot be exported: A song can only be exported if...blah blah blah.

It says you must use the gb instruments or live loops to create a song. ALL of my songs have been made this way! There is no imported copyright protected material in my songs, but all of them, no matter how long (one is only ring-tone length), are treated the same way.

Can you export a regular audio file to iTunes sharing? If so a workaround would be to do that and then see Create and manage ringtones in iTunes. Ring tones should be no more than 40 seconds long, and text tones no more than 30. Could that be an issue?

Hi, using my iphone i cannot export any tune from gb to ringtone or itunes or anywhere. i always get the same pop-up message. i have not tried to sync using my macbook/itunes and start working that way because I am not with my macbook at the moment. i will try this soon. i will also update my phone to ios v11 later today.

I upgraded to the latest ios and the problem persists for all songs in gb. So I guess this is just an ERROR in Apple's program. I managed to work around this using the WALTR app. I plugged my phone into my macbook, opened logic pro and created a ringtone not longer than 40 seconds, exported it to itunes, found the file in Finder and changed the file extension to M4r for ringtones, and dragged the renamed file into the WALTR app and it went straight into the iphone's ringtone menu.

I have actually tested this on the T8210 with latest firmware and found that the sliders work just fine. The prerecorded responses are unfortunately played over the ringtone volume. This is supposedly by design.

I had the same issue of not been able to set the volume down of the home base speaker when ringing the doorbell. I found that going to the setting options- Indoor Chime- Homebase as Chime- there you can adjust the Homebase ringtone volume.

Where did you start with your approach to the score?

Funnily enough, this all started with a video. As soon as we learnt about the project, we really wanted to be involved. We decided to get creative and shot a video outlining the entire concept behind the ONE PIECE live action music universe.
