Toy / Small: £35-£40

A Little About Our Pricing

Our prices are based on your dog's size, coat condition, grooming style and the time since their last appointment.

The prices shown apply to dogs on a regular 5-8 week grooming schedule with short to medium trims.

Dogs requiring longer trims, additional scissoring or extra coat maintenance may incur an additional charge. Any price differences will always be discussed before grooming begins.

Matting & Coat Condition

Humanity Over Vanity

Your dog's comfort and welfare will always come first. Severely matted coats may require a shorter clip rather than painful dematting.

Additional time and equipment wear may incur a minimum £10 dematting fee. Any additional charges will be discussed before grooming begins.

I'm always happy to offer advice on brushing and coat maintenance to help prevent matting between appointments.

Fleas & Speciality Shampoos

If fleas are discovered during grooming, a £10 salon decontamination fee will apply to cover additional cleaning and sanitising.

Please let me know before your appointment if you suspect your dog has fleas.

Speciality shampoos, including hypoallergenic, flea and medicated products, are available at an additional charge:

About 

The Story Behind Molly & Me

Before becoming a dog groomer, I worked as a secretary, but I always knew that office life wasn't quite right for me. I've always been happiest working with my hands, and if there's one thing I've loved throughout my life, it's dogs!

My journey into dog grooming actually began with my own French Bulldog, Molly. After she was injured during a visit to a grooming salon, I decided I wanted to learn how to groom dogs myself. I was determined to do things differently, putting each dog's safety, comfort and wellbeing at the heart of everything I did.

That decision changed my life. I enrolled in college to train as a dog groomer, and I've never looked back!

Since then, I've continued learning, completing training in canine first aid and achieving a distinction in canine nutrigenomics, an area that reflects my particular interest in canine nutrition and wellbeing.

Today, Molly & Me is a small, home-based grooming business where I work with dogs individually, without the noise and bustle of a busy salon. I particularly enjoy helping nervous dogs feel more comfortable, allowing them the time and reassurance they need.

For me, grooming has never been just about a lovely haircut. It's about understanding the dog in front of me, respecting their individual needs and treating them with the same love and care I'd want for Molly and our newest addition, Juniper.

And that's really what Molly & Me is all about. 🐾❤️

Arrival & Collection

Please arrive on time for your appointment and collect your dog promptly once you're notified that their groom is complete.

A late collection fee of £10 per dog may apply if collection is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

If a dog remains uncollected at the end of the working day and I cannot contact their owner, I may need to contact the appropriate local authority for assistance. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact you first.

Contact & Communication

Please ensure your contact details are up to date and that you're contactable by phone throughout your dog's appointment, in case I need to reach you.

Please let me know before your appointment about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or behavioural concerns your dog may have.

This helps me provide the safest and most comfortable grooming experience possible.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed entirely, may result in the loss of any booking deposit paid, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined or a deposit being required to secure future appointments.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange, so I can offer the appointment to another customer.

As a small, independent business, your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated.

Deposits & Payments

A £10 booking deposit is normally required for new customers to secure their first appointment. Deposits may also be requested for existing customers where appropriate.

Your deposit is deducted from the total grooming price, with the remaining balance payable on collection.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.

Any deposit deductions or cancellation charges will be applied fairly and in accordance with consumer law.

Loyalty Scheme

As a little thank you for your continued support, Molly & Me offers a loyalty scheme for regular customers.

Loyalty stamps are awarded for full grooming appointments only. Mini grooms, tidy-ups and additional services do not qualify for stamps.
