FRESHGRAINS is a small business that make snacks for its local customers. It needed an app that enables customers to order before ahead of time in order to avoid congestions as their offices are actually small.

To empathize i had to research the kind of customers that will use the app. Research results grouped the users into 3 personas which are as follows:
1) Name: Edidiong
Age: 22; City: Uyo; Family: Husband, 4 children, mother-in-law and 2 dogs; Occupation: Medical Doctor.
Challenge:Getting her children good snacks for school.
Goal:
To be able to get good snacks on her way to school
To be able to have choice of variety
To get the snacks without wasting time.
2)Name: Chika
Age :60; City: Lagos; Family: lives alone, Occupation : not working.
Challenge: Verifying how healthy a snack is.
Goal:To be able to know if a snack contain ingredients that may not be good for her age and health.
3)Name: Ali
Age:22, City:Lagos, Occupation: An intern at a legal firm.
Challenge: booking orders in advance so as to save time.
Goal:To be able to book orders in advance.
