Molive (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Molive") respects the privacy rights of users (hereinafter referred to as "you") and has developed this privacy policy to clearly demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes in detail what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and your choices regarding such use and disclosure. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our Apps, Services or transacting business with us. By using our websites, applications or other online services (collectively, the “Services”), you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Provide and We Collect
i. In order to provide Molive services, we access, collect, store and use the following information about you:
a) The information you provide us when opening an Molive account, including your account name, gender, date of birth, city or region;
b) any information contained in your Molive profile that is visible to other Molive users, or that you provide to us through your use of Molive, which may include your photo, gender, and city or region;
c) information about your and others’ use of and interaction with the Services and our Applications, including geolocation usage, device and connection information, IP addresses, device capabilities, bandwidth, page view statistics and network type;
d) Information we collect when you use Molive, which may include:
• Technical information, such as information about your mobile operator, configuration information provided by other programs you use to access Molive, your IP address, your location/country/time zone, your device version and identification number , user settings and operating system;
• Information about your likes and dislikes using Molive.
ii. Special instructions regarding sensitive personal information
In order to provide certain features (such as online video calling), we must access your microphone, camera or location with your permission, as described below:
a) Microphone: We access the microphone on your device (with your permission) to record audio messages and transmit sound during video calls.
b) Camera: We access the camera on your device (with your permission) to take your profile photo and provide live images during video calls.
c) Location: We collect your current location (with your permission) in order to provide you and other users with a personalized and optimized experience.
By using Molive, you agree that all processing of sensitive personal information will be conducted for the purposes and in the manner described in this privacy policy. Please note that we will not use your sensitive personal information for direct marketing purposes unless you provide your consent.
iii. Special Instructions Regarding Children’s Information
Molive's services are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18, and anyone under the specified minimum age may not create a Molive account or use Molive services. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from any data subject who is younger than this age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a data subject under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as quickly as possible.
2. How we use the information we collect
Generally, we may use the information we collect about you to:
a) To deliver and improve our products and services, and to manage our business: We use this information to provide the products and services you require, while continuously improving them to ensure you have a better experience.
b) Manage your account and provide you with customer support: We use your information to manage your account, resolve issues and provide support.
c) Research and analysis of your use of or interest in our or others’ products, services or content: We analyze user behavior and interests to improve our products and services and better meet your needs.
d) Communicate with you by email, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about our or other third party products or services that may be of interest to you: We may send you relevant information, such as promotions, new products or special promotion.

Information We Share with Other Users: When you register as a Molive user, your Molive profile will be viewable by other users of the Service.
Personal Information: We will not share your personal information with others except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy or unless we notify you and provide you with an opportunity to opt out of sharing your personal information. We may share personal information with:
Service Providers: We may share information with third parties who provide certain services on our behalf. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not share or use such information for any other purpose.
Other circumstances: We may disclose your information, including personal information:
To respond to subpoenas or similar investigative requests, court orders, or requests for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agencies;
To establish or exercise our legal rights;
defend against legal claims;
Or as otherwise provided by law. In this case, we may raise or waive any legal objections or rights available to us.

Aggregated and/or Non-Personal Information: We may use and share non-personal information collected in any of the situations described above. We may also share this information with other related companies and third parties to develop and serve targeted advertisements on our Services and third parties' websites or applications, and to analyze and report on the advertisements you see. We may combine the non-personal information we collect with other non-personal information collected from other sources. We may also share aggregated non-personal information or personal information in hashed, non-human-readable form with third parties, including consultants, advertisers and investors, for general business analysis, advertising, marketing or other business purposes. For example, we may engage a data provider who may collect your web log data (including IP address and information about your browser or operating system) or place or identify unique cookies to enable you to receive customized advertising or content. Cookies may reflect de-identified demographic or other data related to data you voluntarily submit to us (such as your email address), which we may share with data providers only in hashed, non-human-readable form. We may also share your geographical location information in de-identified form with relevant companies and third parties for the above purposes. To opt out of sharing your geolocation information, please stop using the Molive application
4. Third-party websites
There are many places on our Services where you can click on links to visit other websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. For example, if you click on a link sent by another user, you may be taken to a website that we do not control. These third-party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including Personal Information, from you and, in some cases, provide us with information about your activities on those websites. We recommend that you review the privacy statements of all third-party websites you visit by clicking on the "Privacy" link usually located at the bottom of the web page you visit.
5. How you can access and correct your information
If you have a Molive account, you can review and update your personal information on the Service by opening your account and going to Settings. Applicable privacy laws may provide you with the right to access and/or request correction of errors or omissions, which applies to your personal information in our custody or control.
6. Data retention
We retain your information only for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law. If you close your account, we will retain certain data for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, take steps we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Services or our users, or to take action Other actions permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to the policies of those third parties.
7. Your choices regarding information collection and use
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may result in you being unable to use certain features of our Services. Our Services may also send notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable these notifications by going to App Settings on the app or changing the settings on your mobile device. You can also control the information collected by cookies. You can delete or reject cookies by changing your browser settings.
8. How we protect your personal information
We have security measures in place to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, while we take steps to protect your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also be careful about how their personal information is handled and disclosed, and should avoid sending personal information via unsecured email.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues (such as security breaches). If a security breach occurs, we may post a notice on our Service. We may also send you emails at the email address you provide to us.
9. Changes in policy
We may occasionally revise this Privacy Policy to adapt to changes in current laws, data collection and use practices, the functionality of our services, or technological advancements. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and you should regularly check the latest version, which is the applicable version. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean that you agree to and accept those changes.
