Mission of MO LEAP Blocks

Provide opportunities for students to 1) demonstrate cognitive skills through acquisition; 2) engage in meaningful activities, investigations, or phenomena; 3) make connections to individual interests and identities; 4) choose how they engage with and demonstrate their learning, and; 5) reflect on content and their own learning processes.

Note: The materials found on this page are living documents. As educators use the curricular supports with their students, we welcome feedback and may revise materials periodically. The most current versions are found on this page. Districts planning on using the MO LEAP Blocks prior to final form may need to modify or adapt the material for use by students with visual impairments.

Engage students in phenomena and solving problems using high-quality tasks grounded in physical, life, and earth and space sciences as part of the Missouri Learning Standards.
