MOIX — PRIVACY POLICY

Moix ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Motionix. This Privacy Policy

explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and the

choices you have when you use the Moix mobile application ("the App"). By using

Moix, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Account information (from Google Sign-In)

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google

profile photo. This is used to create and identify your account.

b) Usage and app data

- Your credit balance and subscription (premium) status.

- Text prompts you enter to generate images.

- Reference images you choose to upload for image-to-image generation.

- Your in-app generation history (stored locally on your device).

- Content reports you submit. If you report an AI-generated image, we collect

  the reason you select, the prompt and image associated with that report,

  your user ID, and a timestamp (see Section 3).

c) Purchases

When you purchase credit packs or a Premium subscription, the purchase is

processed by Google Play. We receive only the purchase confirmation (product

ID and a token) needed to grant your entitlement. Payment details (card

number, billing address) are handled entirely by Google Play; we do not see

or store them.

d) Advertising and device data

For non-premium users, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect

device identifiers and similar data to serve and measure ads.

We do NOT collect your contacts, precise location, microphone, or any data

not described here.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

- Authenticate you and manage your account.

- Track and update your credit balance and subscription status.

- Generate images from your prompts and reference images.

- Maintain your in-app generation history.

- Review and act on content you report to keep Moix safe.

- Process purchases and restore previous purchases.

- Show advertisements to non-premium users.

- Operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

3. CONTENT REPORTING AND MODERATION

Because Moix generates content using AI, the App includes an in-app feature

that lets you report AI-generated images you find offensive or that violate

our guidelines, without leaving the App. Every generated image has a Report

button.

When you submit a report, we collect and store the reason you select (such as

Nudity, Violence, Hate, Child Safety, Illegal, or Other), the prompt and image

associated with the report, your user ID, and a timestamp. Reports are stored

securely in our Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) database.

We use these reports to review reported content, improve our automated content

filters, and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or

suspending accounts. Reports are accessible only to our moderation team and are

retained for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes.

4. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED (THIRD-PARTY SERVICES)

Moix relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own

privacy policy:

- Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore): used for Google

  sign-in, to store your account record (credits and subscription status), and

  to store content reports for moderation.

- Leonardo AI: used for AI image generation. Your text prompts and any

  reference images you upload are sent to Leonardo AI to produce the

- Google AdMob: used to display advertisements to non-premium users. AdMob

  may use device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement.

5. DATA STORAGE AND LOCATION

- Account data (credits, subscription status, name, email) is stored securely

  in Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore.

- Content reports you submit are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore.

- Generated images and your history are stored locally on your device.

- Firebase enables offline caching so your account data is available even

  without an internet connection.

6. ADVERTISING

Free users may see advertisements served through Google AdMob, which may use

device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Premium subscribers do not

see ads. You can manage ad personalization in your device settings.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Your account record is retained while your account is active. You may

request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by

contacting us at the email address below. Locally stored images and history

can be removed from within the App (delete history) or by uninstalling the

App. Content reports may be retained as needed for moderation, safety, and

legal compliance.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Moix is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in

your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from

children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information,

please contact us and we will delete it.

9. DATA SECURITY

Data transmitted between the App and our service providers is encrypted in

transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). While no method of

electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable

measures to protect your information.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct,

or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain

processing. Logging out clears your locally stored profile and history on

the device. To exercise any of these rights for data stored in our systems,

contact us at the email below.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will

be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes

acceptance of the updated policy.
