I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where I also serve as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA). My academic journey builds on a Master’s in Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University (JU) and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University (DIU). My current research focuses on usable privacy and security in assistive technologies, especially for people with visual impairments.
Before joining UTSA, I gained diverse experience in both industry and academia. I served as Manager I, Software QA at NEXT Ventures, Senior Software QA Engineer at TechCare (a proud Albertan tech company), and contributed to the B2C OTA platform at TechnoNext Ltd. (a concern of US Bangla Group) as SQA, Team Lead. I also worked on projects with Rakuten, NTT Data, and JICA during my tenure at BJIT Limited. Altogether, I bring 4 years of industry experience in software quality assurance and engineering across multiple organizations and global projects.
In academia, I served for 4 years as a Lecturer at DIU, teaching core and non-core courses, mentoring students, and contributing to institutional activities, including serving on the Project & Internship Committee and advising the Computer & Programming Club. I also participated as an Invigilator for the ICPC Preliminary Round 2019 and took on roles as a Judge for DiuThon 2019 and Moderator for CSE FEST 2019.
Beyond work and research, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
