About Me

Greetings! I am delighted to introduce myself to you. Originally hailing from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. As for my qualifications, I hold bachelor's and master's degrees in chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Throughout my academic journey, I have diligently pursued excellence, acquiring a degree in a field that has sparked my intellectual curiosity. I have also secured the second rank in post-graduation. I have qualified for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) held in 2020. I have worked as a Junior Research Fellow in a SERB DST funded project under the mentorship of Dr. Mohammad Shahid. I have qualified for the Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF), Cycle 10, Dec. 2022.

Currently, I am driven by a strong desire to design MOFs, COFs, and POPs, their characterization, and functional applications for carbon dioxide capture and its reduction into value-added products. I have eight papers in reputed journals, two book chapters (ACS and Elsevier), and one granted international patent. I have participated and presented at many national and international conferences/symposia and also won the Best Poster Award at the Indo-Australian conference held at JMI, New Delhi, in 2021. My hobbies include writing and photography.
