I am an Economist, currently working in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the Center for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI) / University Clermont Auvergne and my doctoral research focused on the financing and the political economy of climate change policies.
