Mohamed Amine Garrach

Quantum Computing Enthusiast

Hi ! I'm Mohamed Amine, an ICT Engineering, majoring in Cyber Security, and a Junior Researcher in Quantum Computing.

I also holds an Undergraduate Diploma in Mathematics and Physics. During the last two years of my studies, I have focused on doing research on quantum computing.

I won first place at the Qiskit Fall Fest Hackathon in France 2021 and Second place at NYU Abu Dhabi Quantum Computing Hackathon. In my spare time, I works to build awareness about quantum education by conducting relevant events (workshops, talks). I have worked as a mentor at Q-munity helping international high school students start their quantum computing journey with a junior project, and I also continues to work as a QWorld instructor providing training at QSilver on various quantum computing topics.

Experience

Working on Blind quantum computing

Worked on Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and on benchmarking various PQC algorithms also resulted in a research paper submission. Certificate

Used QML to do medical sensing and disease diagnosis by imaging processing (Qiskit platform).

Collaborative project with Imperial College London, Tsinghua University, and Taipei Medical University. Certificate

Winner: 2nd Team Award for Best Project and 3rd Team Award for Best Presentation.

Projects:

Implementation of BB84 protocols on IBM QX demon- strate the implementation of the BB84 protocol utilizing Qiskit Circuit locally and on IBM QX devices , and display the final produced key with a graphic user interface.

Used the BB84 protocol to generate a key which is used to send a multimedia file (image) or video and this can be transferred from the quantum teleportation and deciphered with the same key. send the QOSF logo from folder mentee to folder mentor. (QOSF: Task4)

The project is using Quantum Machine Learning to do medical sensing and disease diagnosis by imaging processing.
