a. When you register and log in to Moe Beads - Perler Beads and related services, you may create an account using your mobile phone number to complete registration. A mobile phone number is necessary to comply with national laws and regulations on real-name network system requirements. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may be unable to provide you with any actual services.
To meet mandatory legal requirements, provide products or services, or enhance account security, we may later require you to provide your real name, ID number, and facial information to complete account real-name verification.
To verify the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide or ensure your account security, we may compare and verify the real-name information you provide to Moe Beads - Perler Beads with corresponding information stored by institutions permitted by laws and regulations or authorized by government authorities.
b. Based on our cooperation with communication operators, when you use the “One-Click Login” function of Moe Beads - Perler Beads, with your consent, we and the operator will process your mobile phone number to provide you with a fast login service. If you refuse such processing, you will not be able to use the “One-Click Login” method, but this will not affect your registration and login through other methods or the normal use of other functions.
When you use the editing service in the app, you may need to grant local file read/write/storage permissions to complete uploads of images, videos, etc. You may independently set the network conditions for uploads and downloads.
You may revoke the system authorization for Moe Beads - Perler Beads to access your local files at any time to stop our collection of such information. After revocation, you may be unable to use upload and download services, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions that do not require the above permissions.
a. When you share files outside the app (via links, mini-programs, etc.), we will collect shared file information, personal avatar, nickname, personal identity, and other information, and display your nickname, avatar, published content, or recommend relevant content creators for you.
b. To help you quickly share files or view files shared by others, we require you to grant clipboard read/write permissions to write file sharing links or codes to the clipboard, or read sharing codes from your clipboard when you open them in Moe Beads - Perler Beads.
c. To facilitate file sharing, we provide file sharing, file collaboration, and in-community friend sharing functions. You may independently choose sharing capabilities based on your needs and cancel sharing as needed.
Files you choose to share may be set visible to all users. If they involve your personal information or even sensitive personal information, please consider carefully. If your publicly posted information involves others’ personal information, you must obtain their consent in advance.
d. When you publish files/messages to Moe Beads - Perler Beads friends or groups, we will collect your avatar, nickname, identity, and other information, and display your nickname, avatar, published content, or recommend relevant creators.
a. Based on generative AI model technology, we will generate corresponding entertainment content according to the content you fill in. With your explicit consent, we may use data you have submitted to create a digital avatar for you.
b. On the premise of secure encryption, strict de-identification, and inability to re-identify specific individuals, we may use the collected data and model-generated responses for model training to continuously optimize model performance. If you do not want your input or provided information to be used for model training and optimization, you may refuse to use this service. All your data will be destroyed after account cancellation.
c. When you actively take photos or input images or voice, we will request your authorization for Camera, Photos, or Microphone permissions according to the information type. If you refuse authorization, you will be unable to take photos or input images or voice, but this will not affect your use of other functions of Moe Beads - Perler Beads.
a. Customer Service and Issues: To facilitate contact with you, resolve problems quickly, or record solutions and results, we may save your communication/call records and related content (including account information, feedback information, other information you provide to prove facts, or contact information you leave).
b. Complaints: When you complain about others or are complained by others, to protect your legitimate rights and those of others, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint-related content to consumer protection departments and regulatory authorities, except as expressly prohibited by laws and regulations.
c. Questionnaires: To reasonably provide and improve service quality, we may send questionnaires on Moe Beads - Perler Beads or cooperative platforms. We may use your responses and other information you provide to customer service for analysis. You may refuse to participate.

With business development, we may undergo merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, and your personal information may be transferred accordingly. 5.5 You acknowledge that systems and communication networks you use to access our services may have issues beyond our control. 5.7 Once you leave Moe Beads - Perler Beads and related services, we have no obligation or ability to protect information on other software.
Managing Your Personal Information
We attach great importance to your right to manage personal information and protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, cancel accounts, complain, report, and set privacy functions.
You may turn off Microphone, Photos (Storage), or Bluetooth permissions in your device OS to change or withdraw authorization.

Before applying for account cancellation, please read and fully understand this statement. Submitting an application means you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and voluntarily bear all consequences.
I. Important Notes Before Cancellation
Account cancellation is irreversible. Once completed, the account cannot be restored. Re-registration with the same mobile number or third-party account will be treated as a new account.
Please properly handle all rights and assets (unexpired membership, coupons, points, virtual items, balances, etc.). Unprocessed rights will be deemed voluntarily abandoned; we will not compensate or restore them.
Please back up personal data (chat records, favorites, usage history, etc.) in advance. After cancellation, data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with laws and cannot be recovered.
II. Account Cancellation Conditions
The application may be rejected if:
The account is legally owned by you and identity verification is completed;
No pending orders, unsettled transactions, or unresolved disputes;
Third-party bindings (payment accounts, other app authorizations) have been 解除.
III. Cancellation Process and Lock-up Period
Apply via: Me → Sound Selection → Account Cancellation.
After submission, the account enters a 15-day lock-up period with restricted login. Logging in during this period will automatically revoke the cancellation application.
After the lock-up period with no objections, the account will be officially canceled and data processed in accordance with regulations.
IV. Other Important Provisions
After cancellation, the User Service Agreement terminates, but liabilities (breach, infringement) incurred before cancellation remain.
To comply with laws and protect public interests, we may retain data for up to 3 years for dispute resolution and compliance review if the account involves violations or disputes.
For issues during cancellation, contact customer service via in-app channels or official phone.
For matters not covered, applicable laws and the User Service Agreement shall prevail.
Minor Clauses
We attach great importance to protecting minors’ personal information.
7.1 If you are a minor under 18, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parent or legal guardian before using this product and related services.
7.2 If you are a child under 14, you must obtain your guardian’s consent before using Moe Beads - Perler Beads and related services.
7.3 If you are the guardian of a child under 14, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy for your ward before use.
7.4 We protect minors’ personal information in accordance with national laws and only collect, use, or disclose it with guardian consent or as necessary to protect minors. If we find information collected without verifiable guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
