This Privacy Policy explains how Mobprem Studios (aka "Mobprem" ) team collects, stores, and utilizes information in connection with Mobprem's Services. By installing, using, registering, or accessing the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and provide explicit and informed consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from installing, using, registering, or accessing the Services. Mobprem reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy, and any significant changes will be notified on Mobprem's website. Non-personal data

In this Privacy Policy, "non-personal data" refers to information that does not directly identify you. Examples of non-personal data collected and used by Mobprem include application properties such as the application name, package name, and icon installed on your device. Your check-ins (including likes and recommendations) for a game will be shared with all Mobprem users.

Mobprem may utilize and disclose the collected non-personal data to partners and contractors for purposes such as analyzing usage of the Services, serving advertisements, managing and providing the Services, and further developing Mobprem's services and products.

You acknowledge and agree that the analytics companies used by Mobprem may combine the collected information with other data they have independently obtained from other services or products related to your activities. Personal Data

As defined in this Privacy Policy, "personal data" refers to personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.

Mobprem collects personal information voluntarily provided by you when creating or updating your account. This information includes your Facebook ID, name, gender, location, and your friends' IDs on Facebook. Additionally, Mobprem stores data such as your game check-ins, likes, dislikes, recommendations, and messages.

Collected personal data may be used by Mobprem for purposes such as analyzing Service usage, providing customer and technical support, managing and delivering Services (including advertising), and further developing Mobprem's services and products. Mobprem may also combine non-personal data with personal data.

Please note that certain features of the Services may connect to your social networking sites to gather additional information about you. In such cases, Mobprem may collect specific information from your social networking profile with your consent, including your name, profile picture, gender, user ID, email address, country, language, time zone, organizations and links on your profile page, and the names and profile pictures of your social networking "friends." Mobprem may associate, combine, and use this information collected from social networking sites in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and assume this risk.

Other

Please be mindful of the open nature of certain social networking and other features provided by Mobprem in its Services. When you contribute user-generated content to forums, blogs, chats, or similar platforms, you have the option to disclose personal data about yourself. It's important to note that any data you share in these public forums becomes public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. Mobprem is not responsible for any personal data you choose to make public in these forums.

If you are under 15 years of age or a minor in your country, please obtain permission from your legal guardian before using or accessing the Services.
