Mahendra S Choudhary ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MobiSathi mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

• Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, phone number, email address, or home address to use MobiSathi.

• Local Data (Favorites & Preferences): The App stores your saved favorite parts and theme preferences locally on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences). This data remains strictly on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

• Directory Data (Cloud Firestore): The App connects to Google Cloud Firestore to sync and display universal smartphone spare part mappings and compatibility data.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

MobiSathi integrates trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob):

• We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP addresses, and diagnostic/usage data to serve relevant ads and monitor ad performance.

• Google Play In-App Billing (Google Play In-App Purchases):

• We offer an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All transactions are securely processed directly by the Google Play Store. We do not receive, process, or store your credit/debit card details or banking credentials.

• Firebase (Firestore & Firebase Services):

• Used for cloud database management and real-time synchronization of universal mobile part mappings.

3. Data Safety & Security

We value your trust in using MobiSathi. Because we do not collect personal identifiers, passwords, or financial information on private servers, your risk of personal data exposure is minimized. Any communication with Firebase or Google services is encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

4. Children’s Privacy

MobiSathi is a technical utility application designed for smartphone technicians and general users. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Disclaimer

All compatibility matrices, part codes, and universal spare parts data provided within MobiSathi are compiled from technician insights, repair workshop experiences, and open internet sources for reference purposes. Technicians should always visually verify part pinouts and physical fitment prior to installation.
