MobilePdf has no server and no account system. Every PDF, photo, and scan stays on your device: nothing is ever collected, transmitted, or shared. Nothing leaves your phone.

WHAT THE APP CAN ACCESS, AND WHY

MobilePdf asks for each permission only at the moment a specific tool needs it, and only ever reads or writes files inside its own private storage, never your phone's shared storage or other apps' data.

Camera: used for Scan to PDF and Camera to PDF, to photograph pages. Does not leave your device.

Photos / media library: used for Image to PDF and Images to PDF, to pick existing photos. Does not leave your device.

Storage (app private only): used to save the PDFs you create so they show up in "My PDFs". Does not leave your device.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect, and MobilePdf does not transmit anywhere, any of the following: your name, email address, or any account/profile information (the app has no accounts or sign-in); the contents of your PDFs, photos, or scans; location data; analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports; advertising identifiers (MobilePdf shows no ads and includes no advertising SDKs).

THIRD PARTIES

MobilePdf does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or cloud storage SDKs, and does not share data with any third party, because no data ever leaves your device in the first place.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

All PDFs you create or import are stored locally in the app's private storage. You can delete individual files from "My PDFs", or delete everything at once from Settings then Delete all PDFs. Uninstalling the app removes all of its stored data from your device.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MobilePdf is a general purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age, because it does not collect information at all.

SECURITY

Because your files never leave your device, they're protected by your device's own security (screen lock, disk encryption, and so on) rather than by any server side measure on our part. Keeping your device's lock screen and OS up to date is the best safeguard.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If MobilePdf's data practices ever change, for example if a future version adds an optional cloud backup feature, this policy will be updated first, and the effective date above will reflect the change.
