1. Register on the WCA competition page.

2. Make payment on the payment page (in the navigation bar of this website, will open when registrations begin). 

3. Screenshot the proof of payment and note down the Transaction ID (sent to your email as a confirmation).

4. Fill up the Google form to confirm your payment and registration.

5. If you are a first-timer, please prepare an identification document that clearly states the competitor's:

   • name,

   • nationality, and

   • date of birth.

   • You may censor any sensitive information such as NRIC number or addresses, as long as the above 3 particulars are clearly stated.

• In general, you will not get a full refund for registration fees paid except for accidental repeated payments.

• Incomplete registration: No refund.

• Withdraw from the competition after the deadline (Friday, May 12, 2023 at 11:59 PM SGT): No refund.

• Withdraw from the competition before the deadline (Friday, May 12, 2023 at 11:59 PM SGT): S$10 will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

• Withdraw 1 or more events (but still participating) before the deadline: 100% refund for the affected amount.

• Complete registration but not able to participate due to the competitor limit: S$10 will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

There is competitor limit of 30 participants. 

The events at this competition require a lot of focus, hence we require that all competitors and guests remain silent while events are ongoing.

Participants are expected to help staff (judge, scramble etc.) for the competition due to the small scale of this competition.
