The McMaster Music Industry Club (MMIC) seeks to create a community of people wishing to explore the many areas of the vast music industry. Our aim is to provide members with educational resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship that will encourage students to creatively enhance their skills and experience.

Our club has been officially ratified with the McMaster Students Union (MSU) for the 2022-2023 school year. We have continuously posted jobs and opportunities on our Instagram and LinkedIn. Our members have gotten internships, jobs, and volunteer roles at various entertainment companies through the opportunities we have shared.

MMIC aims to host educational workshops, networking events, and fun-themed nights throughout the academic year. We mainly communicate with members using email and our Discord server. Signing up as a general member grants you access to our events, giveaways, and great opportunities. Members can come to us for advice, resume/cover letter reviews, or just to chat about their favourite new song.
