Acceptance and modification of terms of service

"Mlog Service" Code
Mlog has the right to disclose the user's information in any of the following situations:

User violations

(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing contents that endanger national security and unity, undermine social stability, violate public order and good customs, insult, defamation, obscenity, violence, and any content that violates national laws and regulations;
(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing content that infringes on other people's intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legal rights;
(3) maliciously fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;
(4) Publishing, transmitting, and disseminating advertising information and spam;
(5) Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
If you violate this agreement, the relevant national authority or agency may file a lawsuit, fine or take other sanctions against you and ask Mlog for assistance. If you cause damage, you should give it according to law, Mlog will not bear any responsibility.
If Mlog finds or receives reports from others that the information you posted violates this agreement, Mlog has the right to exercise independent judgment and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the link. At the same time, Mlog has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating the service, restricting, recycling or terminating the use of the relevant Mlog account, and to pursue legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
If you violate this agreement and cause damage to any third party, you shall be solely responsible; if Mlog has suffered losses as a result, you shall also pay compensation.
Mlog obtains the right to deal with illegal and illegal content according to the agreement of this agreement. This right does not constitute Mlog's obligation or commitment. Mlog cannot guarantee the timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding treatment.

You understand and agree that Mlog's services are provided in accordance with the current state of the art and conditions. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mlog is not responsible for service interruption or obstruction caused by:
(1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs or hackers;
(2) Software, system, hardware and communication lines of the user or Mlog are faulty;
(3) Improper user operation;
Termination of the "Mlog Service"
Mlog may change the content of the service and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
In any of the following situations, Mlog reserves the right to cancel your "Mlog Service" eligibility. Mlog may at any time interrupt or withdraw the item or multiple or all services provided to you according to the actual situation without notice:
(1) According to the law, you should submit true information, and the personal information you provided is not true, or is inconsistent with the information at the time of registration, and fails to provide reasonable proof;

Members should read this agreement in full when opening this service, and fully understand the rights and obligations of Mlog and members regarding this service stipulated in this agreement. Members choosing this service are deemed to have enjoyed the rights stipulated in this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If a legal dispute arises between Mlog and the member, it will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provisions of this agreement.
Description of continuous monthly entrusted debit service
(1) This service is based on the premise that members have opened the continuous monthly service, in order to make it easier for members to use Mlog continuously. Members should confirm the content and method of the service when opening the service, that is, the member authorizes Mlog Music to deduct the next account from the account that the member has automatically renewed when the Mlog product that the member has opened monthly subscriptions is about to expire. The monthly fee for the subscription period, and the premise of the realization of this service is that the account can be successfully deducted from the account where the automatic renewal service is opened by the member. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the automatic renewal account, the member shall bear the responsibility responsibility.
(2) When members use this service, members should read and agree to all the terms of service of this service and various public notices issued by Mlog for this service before using this service.
(3) The services provided by Mlog to members are limited to members' use on the Mlog platform. Any violation of Mlog's "User Service Agreement" or malicious cracking to avoid renewal and use Mlog paid content, etc. All acts constitute a violation of this agreement. Once Mlog is found to be able to stop the service immediately without the consent of the actor, all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the actor, and Mlog will investigate the legal responsibility of the actor according to law.
Rights and obligations of both parties
Mlog may change or modify the relevant service content, rules and terms of this agreement according to its business development or technology upgrade. Agreement duration, termination
This agreement takes effect after the member chooses to accept or use the service, and terminates when the member terminates the service or cancels membership.
Members have the right to terminate the service at any time on the relevant pages of the Mlog platform. After the termination of the service, Mlog will stop providing the service to members.
The instruction that the member has commissioned Mlog to automatically renew the charge before choosing to terminate the service is still valid, and Mlog Music will not refund the fees deducted based on this instruction.
