The Machine Learning for Materials Design research group accelerates materials innovation through machine learning and computational modeling, with a focus on developing sustainable materials for a greener future. Our applications span advanced semiconductor modeling, spintronics, neuromorphic devices, thermoelectrics, and energy storage devices.
