Safety and Security
We take student safety and security very seriously! Each student was given a Chromebook in lieu of a "bring your own device" policy partly because each student device is automatically added to the school district domain, and thus monitored by our filter, no matter where the device is being used. In addition to the school district filter, MLSD uses a program called GoGuardian to monitor student usage and flag "risky" searches and language. We are committed to keeping students safe on and offline. Take a look at the Digital Citizenship page to see some of the programs we use district wide to teach online safety.
